On October 5, 2022, AYDEM came to our site and it was said that the electricity would be cut off because our electricity bill was not paid. Our bill, which is always paid automatically from Halk Bank, could not be paid in August because there was not enough balance. Zekeriya Bey convinced the officers of AYDEM that the bill would be paid immediately and not to cut off the electricity.
30108 lira was paid immediately from our bank account, including the delay fee. When we compared the amounts paid for the previous months, we saw that there was a mistake and we decided to go to AYDEM and file an appeal.
Today, October 7, 2022, we went to the electricity company AYDEM and declared that there was a big mistake in our invoice (Invoice no: 100210798506, and installation number: 5866124, invoice date: 05.08.2022), which shows the electricity consumption of the Bar-Market section, and requested it to be examined. When compared to the previous months, like us, the AYDEM official said that we should see the situation and go to the ADM company and ask to check whether the electricity meter is working correctly. The ADM official said that it is certain that there is a problem, but it may also be caused by the meter or a mistake was made during the meter reading with the machine. A petition has been submitted for the inspection of our meter. The authorized person will come next week to inspect the meter. In this examination, if the meter is found to be faulty, it will be taken to be examined and this invoice will be canceled and a refund will be made. We have been informed that the conclusion of this review process takes 4-5 months.
