The new residents of our site need a regular and fast internet. Unfortunately, due to the lack of space in the distribution box established by Türk Telekom on our site, they could not provide this service to the new applicants.
Today, we went to talk about whether we can apply to increase the capacity of the existing distribution box for all our residents who want to have Turk Telekom service. The technical staff stated that all the residents of the site, who are waiting for service requests, should come and make pre-applications.
After these preliminary applications, their needs will be designed and a full contract will be made with those who make these preliminary applications by installing the system with a higher capacity to the existing fiber optic cable system and putting it into service.
